I met up with Colleen and Mike decided to capture their love during that oh-so-fleeting fiancé stage. As a luxury wedding photographer, a Central Park engagement session will always be a "Yes!" from me! Not only is this phase of love completely unique to capture, but it is sp much fun for me to get to know you as a couple, explore a place you love + practice for your wedding day.

Colleen and Mike, met while working in theater. Their love endured years of shows on the road, sometimes together, usually not, for a decade. To commemorate the city that brought them together, C+M picked the iconic Central Park for their engagement session. It's that perfect blend of urban vibes and nature's touch—a classic New York backdrop for their unfolding love story.

We kicked things off with a classic move: sharing a pretzel. Simple, sweet, and a great way to get some smiles out of your partner. Walking through Central Park, their laughter echoed, blending seamlessly with the cherry blossoms overhead. Mike and Colleen excitedly led us to the spot where he popped the question. Cue the 'awws.' As a photographer, my aim is to capture the moments + emotions that come up as you reminisce on these life altering moments.
